If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and rules regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. No “Refund-Only” Policy (Strict Requirement for Physical Returns)
At MB Royal Perfume Inc., we strictly do not offer “refund-only” solutions.
To qualify for any financial reimbursement, product exchange, or store credit, you must physically return the item to our warehouse.
- No Exceptions: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances if the product remains in your possession.
- Proof of Shipment: A tracking number must be provided to our customer service team to verify that the item is on its way back to us.
- Inspection Requirement: Final approval for any refund or exchange is subject to our team physically receiving and inspecting the returned item.
2. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your package to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Because perfume is a personal care and cosmetic product, we enforce strict hygiene and safety standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original, unaltered condition.
- Original Packaging: The product must remain sealed in its original box with the clear plastic protective wrap intact.
- Completeness: All inclusion materials, such as promotional gifts, samples, tags, and certificates of authenticity, must be returned inside the box.
We inspect all items upon arrival. Any product that has been sprayed, opened, or damaged after delivery will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is broken during transit, defective (e.g., a broken spray nozzle), or completely different from what you ordered, the following rules apply:
- Reporting Period: You must report the issue to us via email within 48 hours of package delivery.
- Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and the shipping label.
- Return Requirement: Even for damaged or incorrect items, we do not issue a “refund-only” settlement. You must mail the damaged or incorrect item back to us using a prepaid shipping label that we will provide. Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your full refund or send a replacement.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you the appropriate return instructions.
- Pack Securely: Package the perfume safely to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, disliked scent), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Tracking Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Processing and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
