It all started in a cozy Toronto cottage back in 2018. Tired of generic, chemical-heavy candles that faded fast, our founder spent weekends simmering natural soy wax and blending wild maple, crisp pine and fresh peppermint from local Ontario farmers’ markets. The first tiny batch of 20 candles was shared among cottage neighbors, who kept knocking for more.
We soon turned our cottage kitchen counter into a small workshop, testing over 70 scent formulas to strike the perfect balance—no harsh additives, just pure, long-lasting fragrance that wraps a room like a soft Canadian wool blanket. Every blend was tweaked based on notes from friends, who told us our scents turned their long, snowy Ontario indoor days into quiet little comforting rituals.
Today, we still hold that same small-batch Great White North spirit close. Every candle we ship carries that first cozy Toronto cottage warmth, made to turn your ordinary Canadian indoor moments into something gentle, memorable, and uniquely yours.
