Welcome to MB Royal Perfume Inc. (mbroyal.com). We are dedicated to delivering our luxury fragrances to you in a safe, secure, and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, costs, and tracking procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
- Notification: You will receive another notification email when your order has officially shipped.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, holidays, or major sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada directly from our fulfillment warehouse. Because perfume contains alcohol, it is classified as a hazardous material (Hazmat) and must be shipped via ground transportation.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your province.
- Shipping Rates:
- Orders under $100 CAD: Flat rate of $9.99 CAD.
- Orders of $100 CAD or more: Free Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping: Due to strict air transport regulations on liquid fragrances, expedited air shipping is generally unavailable.
3. International Shipping (United States & Worldwide)
We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.
- U.S. Delivery Times: Ground shipping to the United States usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
- International Delivery Times: Standard international ocean/ground freight takes 10 to 21 business days.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT).
- These charges are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
- MB Royal Perfume Inc. is not responsible for these fees. All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a unique tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zylah@mbroyal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
- P.O. Boxes: Due to carrier restrictions on hazardous fragrance items, we cannot ship packages to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
- Address Corrections: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot modify shipping details once the package has left our facility.
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs required to resend the item.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MB Royal Perfume Inc. ensures that all items are securely packed before leaving our warehouse.
- Damaged Items: If your perfume bottle or packaging arrives broken, please refer immediately to Section 4 of our Refund and Returns Policy. You must email us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or your local building management. We are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery by the carrier.
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier transit logs, we will file a claim and send you a replacement shipment.
